1. Acceptance of Terms

Intrivalo is operated by Intrivalo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Intrivalo", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Intrivalo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Intrivalo provides AI-powered stock valuation and screening tools, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, Piotroski F-Score evaluation, growth metrics, momentum indicators, analyst consensus data, and news sentiment analysis. These tools use publicly available data and proprietary scoring models to generate estimates.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Intrivalo makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, scores, or analysis. Financial data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. Model outputs may vary and are subject to the limitations of the underlying data and methodologies.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as watchlists and saved analyses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to disrupt or overload the platform, scraping or harvesting data in an automated fashion, redistributing content from the Service without permission, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Service Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any valuation, score or verdict will prove accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrivalo LLC, its members, managers, officers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Your Responsibility and Indemnity

Every investment decision you make is your own. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any security, and for any gain or loss that results. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrivalo LLC, its members, managers, officers and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you are not barred from doing so under the laws of your country. The Service is not directed at any jurisdiction where offering it would be unlawful, and you are responsible for complying with your own local laws.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Service. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in full force and the unenforceable provision is applied as closely as possible to its intended meaning. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
